Palate: A lingering smooth and sweet dryness rolls across the palate, some hints of dried strawberry, a little dry spice, dark chocolate and hints of raisin, old school leather books, cherries and honey. A nice tasting dram matured in ex cognac barrique cask for 27 months to deliver
